You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase subscriptions, and use the M LIVE LAYER services.

2. Originality & Custom Themes

M LIVE LAYER provides multiple overlay themes categorized for News, Dharmic (Religious/Jagran), Sports (Kabaddi, Cricket), and Culture. All these themes, their layouts, CSS, Python/Django, and JavaScript logic have been custom-coded and developed from scratch by our team. We do not copy third-party designs. No legal copyright infringement claims can be made against M LIVE LAYER regarding these inherent structural templates.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of M Live Layer's broadcast services, all payments and plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Since our overlays and graphics are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer a cooling-off period or money-back guarantee. If you face any technical issues, our team will provide support, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Uptime Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

99.9% Uptime Effort: We dedicate ourselves to keeping our servers running smoothly for your live events. However, internet infrastructure is unpredictable. In the event of server downtime, API failure, or any technical glitch that disrupts your live stream, M LIVE LAYER assumes zero legal or financial liability. We are not responsible for any loss of viewership, sponsorship revenue, or broadcast reputation.

5. User Conduct & Content Moderation

• You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all images and sponsor graphics you upload.
• You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
• Any attempt to bypass our domain-lock security or hack our systems will result in an immediate, permanent IP ban and account deletion without a refund.

6. Reward & Points Program

Our platform may include a reward or points system for active users. These points hold strictly NO real-world monetary or cash value. They can only be redeemed within the M LIVE LAYER ecosystem to unlock specific modules or extend access.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bathinda, Punjab, India.
