Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the subscription or service is activated.

Once a plan is purchased and activated, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained. We do not offer any trial period, cooling-off period, or money-back guarantee.
Service Issues & Support
If you experience any technical issues with your active subscription, please contact our support team within 24 hours. Our team will make every effort to resolve and restore the service as quickly as possible. In such cases, service support or extension may be provided, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
User Responsibility
Users are advised to review all features and plan details carefully before making a purchase and ensure compatibility with their streaming setup (OBS, vMix, browser source, etc.).
